Refund Policy

We want our customers to feel confident buying from Domicity and to be satisifed with their report purchases.

For this reason, the full price of a Domicity report will be refunded if, within one week of purchase, a report buyer sends a written refund request to Domicity by e-mail or fax that details the reason for the refund request.

A report buyer requesting a refund must sign an agreement, provided by Domicity, which guarantees that none of the content of the report has or will be shared with any other party and that all PDF files and copies in any format that contain material from the Domicity report have been destroyed.
